Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. However you can only enjoy the benefits that we offer by registering to our website. It will also save you time for future purchases.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

You can use the Forgot My Password link on the website. This should email you a new temporary password. Once logged in, please go to your Account Information in order to change your password.

 

ORDERING

Can I order by phone?
In order to ensure that everything is correct with your order we encourage customers to order using our website. If you have any issues ordering please send us an email and we will gladly assist.

What types of payments do you accept?
Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa
Other: PayPal

Do you charge taxes?
Sales tax is only added to California residents.

Is my privacy and personal information secured on your site?
Shopping on our site is always safe and secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?
If the item is displaying an error message when adding to the cart, we are out of stock on the item and our system will automatically remove it when it updates. Please check our new arrivals for new trendy styles added!

The item is no longer in stock. Will you get more in?
We always try to restock the best selling popular items! Depending on the manufacture availability and the popularity of the style we will bring back the styles or something very similar. Please visit our new arrivals as we bring hundreds of styles weekly.

Can I make changes or cancellations to my order?
In order to insure all of our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, changes and / or cancellations are not allowed.

How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to our Size Chart located on the left hand column on every page. 

Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email?
We are sorry that you did not receive the confirmation email. Please check your spam mail as it may have gone there. Otherwise we may have the wrong address so please email us to get it resend to you.

How do I view my order status? 
You can check the status of your recent order by logging in to your account and clicking on View Order.

Why does my order say it is processing?
When your order status states "processing," your order is currently being processed and packed for shipment.

My order status still says processing after 2 business days. What do I do?
Please contact our office during regular business hours for detailed information regarding your order. You can reach us at Contact@pinkclubwear.com 

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the tracking number used to send your package. You can visit the USPS.com website and enter the tracking number to check on the status of the delivery your package. 

Why was my item / order cancelled?
Your order could've been cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Item(s) became unavailable after your order was placed. Upon inspection our packers might not consider the item fit for shipment therefore canceling the order.
  • Difficulty processing the order. We have the right to hold and/or cancel the order if the shipping and billing address do not match.
  • Inability to ship to the address provided.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our company guarantees your order will ship within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped: First Class Shipping: 4-5 business days / Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days/ Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days. Please allow for transit times via USPS.

Note: When the billing address does not match the shipping address, Pinkclubwear has the right to hold your package until verification has been made.

Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

The tracking number states that my order was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
Please note, once the item ships it is in USPS possession therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if your tracking number shows delivery, here are some tips:

  1. Ask neighbors or property managers if the package was left with them 
  2. Contact your local Post Office to ask for carrier assistance where the package may have been left. Please be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. USPS: 1-800- ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

 If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact customer service for additional steps.
