Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for ordering with Pinkclubwear. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of your original shipping date by simply mailing it back to us, for international order you have 30 days to return items.


  1. Fill out “Reason for Return” on the back of the packing slip. You may want to keep a copy for your records
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with return band and tags still attached (a 30% fee will be deducted from return if band is not intact).
  3. Fill out “Reason for Return” on the back of the packing slip. You may want to keep a copy for your records.
  4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages so it is advised to choose a shipping method that provides tracking information.
  5. Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt in our warehouse.
  6. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
  7. Sale merchandise, bodysuits and leotards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damage, Defective, or Wrong Items Shipped

Should you receive damage, defective, or wrong item(s), please return the merchandise via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL within 21 days from the shipping date. We will refund the return shipping if a FIRST CLASS postage stamp is affixed on the packaging.



Due to limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We cannot set merchandise aside, so it is strongly encouraged that you place a new order for the item(s) that you would like and return the item(s) for a refund. If you have requested an exchange, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information once we shipped out your new item(s).

-No additional shipping & handling charges will be applied with even exchanges only.

Please allow 1-2 Billing Cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method that was used for the original order.
